Paul Mundt has over 30 years of experience in planning, conducting and leading complex operations and programs in challenging environments around the world. Paul has worked extensively with international civilian, law enforcement and military partners to identify program requirements, provide senior level coordination and oversee programmatic implementation. Paul has engaged at the ministerial level in the Mid-East Gulf region as well as 11 countries in East Africa and Central America. He has traveled extensively, interfacing with local partners as well as US Embassy, State Department and Department of Defense officials.
During Paul’s active duty military career he served as a Program Manager at the US Army JFK Special Warfare Center where he managed a 12-man instructor team. He supervised instructor integration into training and risk management during high-risk events. He was directly responsible for developing and implementing new Tactics, Techniques and Procedures, meeting critical deadlines, developing personnel management milestones and developing budgetary guidelines.
Throughout his active duty service with the U.S. Department of Defense Special Operations / US Army Special Forces, Paul served in senior enlisted operational leadership positions and was responsible for operational planning and coordination of field units, and assisting with the development of initial strategies and operational plans in response to newly identified challenges.
Paul is fluent in English and German.
